Unique business opportunity...3 for the price of 1. Offering two excellent businesses...farm to table restaurant and small convenience store.  BONUS:  The 1200 sq. foot, 2 bedroom residence is currently an AirBB.  Good income to offset the mortgage.  Check out the listing and pics on AirBB under the "Grimes Golden Getaway".

The cafe is fully licensed, free wi fi, a music stage which houses monthly sold out dinner and music shows. All cuisine is local "farm to table". Canada Post also rents a 200 square foot space for the town post office and pays the owner $147.00 a month.  Added bonus...my wife Paulet is the Postmaster and the "Brilliance behind the business".  She is also a great cook and would be available for any training needed.

A  new "fully approved" septic system, all restaurant equipment included with a almost new Rancillio "two group" espresso machine (our incredible coffee is roasted locally) It is a historic building and reflects the character of days gone by but is completely refurbished...charming is an understatement.

The store is the only one in Spences Bridge and does a brisk business.  (The Post Office helps)

The majestic Thompson River is just across the street.  The dry climate, beautiful hillsides...sun drenched small town beauty of Spences Bridge...where the Big Horn Sheep at times outnumber the people.

Our little shangrila has become a central meeting place for not only Spences Bridge locals but also surrounding communities. We are willing to continue to be involved with our farm as a supplier.  We have been farming for 31 years and could grow to suit!  We are not going anywhere but we now have 9 grandkids...time to retire as grandparents., Secret Gardens, to keep the `farm to table`experience a part of the Packing House. Restaurant seating is intimate with a capacity of forty (licensed for fifty) Outside dining on our beautiful new deck (with sunken giant chessboard and 4 foot cribbage board) in the well landscaped yard gives diners options...especially during our beautiful summer months.

The dry climate, sunshine, rolling hills, soaring eagles and osprey, backroad treks, hiking, fishing, whitewater rafting and the spectacular Murry Creek waterfall lend to a quality of life that most only dream about.  OOOPs...we also have the most scrumptious fruit and veggies in the world!  Our farm grows...cherries, peaches, nectarines, apples, plums, pears, apricots...tomatoes, melons, cucumbers, garlic, squash, pumpkins, eggplant...and more.

Great folks make this rural community, where the two rivers meet, a beautiful place to call home!.

Check out our Grimes Golden Getaway on AirBB as we have created not only a nice place to stay but have the walls telling a bit about the fabled history of Spences Bridge.
